Whether you want full automation or hands-on control of your content, this guide walks you through how to get started and maximize SocialBAY’s capabilities. The training video goes into all of the details.
Look for an email titled “It’s time to activate your account” from support@backatyou.com.
Click the red Activate My Account button.
Create your password and log in.
Required for posting to social media
Connect your Facebook Business Page first (required to unlock Instagram).
Connect other platforms: Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, X (Twitter).
If you don’t have a FB business page, the system will guide you to create one during setup.
Enter your MLS ID from the last 12 months.
Confirm your name from the dropdown to connect your listing feed.
This enables automation of new listings and price changes.
Add zip codes, neighborhoods, or cities you serve.
This helps generate hyper-local content and market insights.
Go to Settings > Profile and upload:
Headshot
Contact info
Company logo
Brand colors
License number (if required)
These appear on all auto-posts, templates, and landing pages.
Found in Settings > Content > Content Signature
Include name, team name, phone, license number, and brand hashtags

Turn listing post automation on/off (new listings, price changes).
Turn listing ad automation on/off.
Choose content categories you do or don’t want (e.g., no celebrity homes).
Set frequency of posting (default is 3–4 posts/week per platform).
View metrics like impressions, reach, and time saved.
See a preview of your upcoming scheduled content.
Access training videos and support tools.
Use the Design Studio for Canva-style editing:
Plug in your listing (auto-populates images, address, price, etc.)
Select from seasonal, listing, open house, or general templates.
Add/edit text, photos, QR codes, backgrounds, and more.
Post directly or download for printing.
Edit or delete scheduled posts in advance.
Replace auto-content with custom pieces or ads.
Click “Advertise” to run paid FB/IG ads on specific content.
SocialBAY creates a property website for each listing.
Use it to create:

Open house sign-ins (digital)

Schedule posts or run targeted ads with a few clicks.
