At eXp Realty, we know that early success leads to long-term success. That’s why the eXp Mentor Program is one of our most powerful tools for launching new agents into productive, confident careers. Designed specifically for agents who have closed fewer than three transactions in the past 12 months, this program pairs new agents with a certified, local mentor to provide real-world guidance, accountability, and training.

💡 Why Mentorship Matters

Real estate school teaches you how to get a license—but it doesn’t teach you how to build a business. The eXp Mentor Program fills in the gaps with:

• Practical, hands-on guidance from experienced agents

• Weekly check-ins and shadowing opportunities

• Structured curriculum that builds skill and confidence

• Support navigating eXp’s powerful platform, tools, and systems
  
  

🧭 How It Works

• New eXp agents with <3 transactions in the past year are automatically enrolled

• You are matched with a certified eXp mentor in your local MLS who is actively producing

• Together, you work through the GO! Mentee Curriculum, attend meetings, and complete your first 3+ transactions
  
  

📘 The GO! Mentee Curriculum

Structured in two parts, this curriculum is your roadmap for mastering the basics and building momentum:

Part 1: GO! Joining

• eXp Fundamentals Module

• Welcome to the Mentor Program Module

• State-Specific Mentor Content Module

Part 2: GO! Curriculum

Eight action-oriented sessions that cover:

• Buyer-Focused Fundamentals

• Sales & Business Planning

• Real Estate Fundamentals

• Lead Management

• Appraisals & Valuations

• Working with Buyers

• Working with Sellers

🎓 What You Need to Graduate

To complete the program and move forward as a fully independent agent, you must:

• Close three qualified transactions with your mentor (more in some states)

• Complete the entire GO! Curriculum

• Attend 50%+ of state broker meetings

• Attend weekly eXp leadership meetings

💲 A 20% mentorship commission split applies to graduation transactions (10% to your mentor, 10% to eXp).

🌟 Becoming a Certified Mentor

If you’re a seasoned agent and passionate about giving back, you can become a mentor by:

• Closing 8+ transactions in the past 12 months

• Closing 2+ transactions through eXp

• Completing certification training (1–2 hours)

• Attending 8 of 12 monthly Mentor Mastermind workshops

• Participating in 50% of your state’s meetings
