eXp uses My.eXp with the Payload payment portal to pay monthly invoices. To log into your account, please follow the steps provided below.
1. Go to https://my.exprealty.com and log in with your eXp Passport credentials.
2. Once logged in, click on the your profile picture in the top right corner and select "How to Pay eXp"
3. It will take you to this screen where you can have payments come out of your bank account or a credit card.
4. To find out if you have payments outstanding, click on the "Invoices" button.

It will open up the Payload portal so you can see your outstanding invoices. Sometimes a monthly payment gets out of sync or your credit card expired. Sometimes, you may have been overpaid on a transaction. Just a few reasons why you might have an outstanding invoice.
