July 1, we’re rolling out a new Fast Start Attraction Bonus for sponsors, rewarding those who help grow our community with a 50% revenue share pool payout during an agent’s first year. This new benefit is part of our commitment to empower you and acknowledge your contributions to expanding our agent network.
First tier has potential to earn up to $4,000 instead of $2800 in first year.
FLQA Sponsor (aka co-sponsoring)
Summary: A FLQA Sponsor is an active Agent at eXp who recruited another agent to join eXp. The FLQA Sponsor will receive the FLQA credit. The rev share stays with the rev share upline and only the FLQA status goes to the FLQA sponsor.

Fast Start Attraction Bonus
Summary: Direct upline sponsors will receive 50% payout of the Revenue Share Pool on all qualifying level 1 transactions for a joining agent's first year at eXp.
ICON Incentive Program and Revenue Share Capping Incentive Program
Summary: The ICON Incentive Program opens up all 7 levels for a 13-month period beginning the first day of the month following your ICON benefit start date.
Revenue Share Capping Incentive Program
Summary: The Revenue Share Capping Incentive program unlocks levels 4 & 5 for a 13-month period beginning the first day of the month following your capped reach date.
Custom Service Fees
Summary: The Custom Service Fee is a tool that allows one eXp Realty agent to charge another agent a fee per transaction. This fee is automatically deducted from each transaction by eXp Realty after applicable caps and fees are paid directly to the receiving agent. eXp DOES NOT keep any portion of this fee.
Local Sponsor Partnership program (Global)
Summary: As a Local Sponsor, you will earn the level 1 revenue share from the Local Sponsee’s eligible revenue share-earning transactions. The FLQA credit and level 2-7 earnings will remain with the Direct Sponsor and their organization. Local Sponsors are also eligible to receive the Fast Start Attraction bonus from the Local Sponsee, if applicable.

Boost Flyer - for independent brokerages
Boost is designed to provide financial incentives to qualifying independent brokerages, empowering them to achieve unparalleled success with eXp Realty. To ease any potential financial barriers to entry, Boost provides an incentive model that simplifies a move to eXp Realty. Once onboarded, the new brokerage can immediately begin reaping the benefits of joining eXp Realty, including stock equity, no overhead costs, no brokerage risk or liability, brokerage support and operations, agent support and services, revenue share opportunities and much more.
Thrive Flyer - for teams
Thrive is an incentive program designed to attract culturally aligned, producing teams. Once onboarded, the team lead will receive an equity award based on their previous 12-month production had they been at eXp. The equity award vests after their first 3 years with eXp Realty, according to the team's average retained Company Dollar during the first 3 years.
Accelerate Program
Accelerate, which is available in all 24 markets where eXp Realty operates, applies to agents who joined on or after March 1, 2023. The program automatically opens revenue share tiers 2 and 3 for 12 months beginning Sept. 7, 2023, creating the opportunity to have 10 front-line qualifying agents (FLQA) immediately. This can open up the eXponential components of our Revenue Share program in that first year. After the 12-month period, standard revenue share criteria will apply.
