A graduate of Southern Methodist University with degrees in Real Estate Finance and Real Estate Law, Charles has built his career on a foundation of integrity, dedication, and personalized service.

Originally from Houston, Charles now resides in Georgetown with his wife and three children. In his free time, he enjoys family, movies, and exploring great food.

Before she ever sat across from a client discussing interest rates or loan options, Nikki Archer was hauling feed bags in Argyle, Texas. Her family owned a feed store and horse barn, and from a young age, she learned to show up, work hard, and take care of people without expecting anything in return.

Those early values carried her into law enforcement, where she served at both the municipal and state level. Nikki showed up in crisis, led with calm, and earned trust through steady hands and a clear heart. She never chased recognition, only impact.

That same mindset led her to mortgage lending. As a Residential Loan Originator with SUCCESS Lending, Nikki brings clarity, honesty, and a deep sense of care to every loan she touches. Whether it’s a first-time buyer or a seasoned homeowner, her clients know she’s in their corner, calm in the chaos, and always working with their best interest at heart.

She lives in Wichita Falls with her husband, where they run a successful electrical contracting business. Their two grown kids have left the nest, giving them time to chase mountain trails in their OHV with their dog Murphy. At home, you’ll find her at the gym, riding her horse Dally, or doting on Pumpkin, her rescue donkey who runs the show.
