RealSatisfied is a client review and testimonial platform built specifically for real estate professionals. It gives you a branded public profile page where your client reviews live, and makes it easy to share those reviews to the places buyers and sellers are already looking, including Realtor.com, Google, Zillow, and Facebook.
Instead of hoping clients find you and leave a review on their own, RealSatisfied sends them a survey after closing and guides them through the process. Your reviews are collected, displayed, and distributed from one place with no extra work on your end after the initial setup.
As a Metrotex member, you have access to a free Agent Lite account. You can upgrade to Agent Pro for $15 a month or $144 a year to unlock unlimited testimonials and additional tools.

Who should upgrade? If you close more than 3 transactions a year and want to build a growing library of client testimonials you can use in your marketing, Agent Pro is worth $144. The unlimited testimonials and the ability to import your existing reviews from other platforms make it a smart investment.
Setup takes about 20 minutes start to finish. Do it once and it runs on its own from there.
Step 1 β Claim Your Free Account
Visit realsatisfied.com and click Get Started. Select Agent Lite and sign up using the email address associated with your Metrotex membership. You will receive a confirmation email to verify your account.
Step 2 β Set Your Password
Create a password when prompted. It must be at least 8 characters with one capital letter, one number, and one special character. Save it somewhere you can find it. You will log in at app.realsatisfied.com going forward.
Step 3 β Complete Your Profile
From your dashboard, click Profile on the left side. Fill in your full name, title, team name (The Cliff Freeman Group), office phone, and mobile. Upload a professional headshot, add your brokerage information, and write your About bio. You have 1600 characters, use them. Add your areas served, specialties, and certifications.
Step 4 β Connect Your Review Platforms
From your dashboard, go to Publishing, then scroll to Encourage Reviews. Turn on Google Reviews and connect your Google Business Profile. Turn on Zillow Reviews and enter your Zillow account email. Turn on Facebook Reviews and log in to your Facebook Business Page. This only needs to be done once.
Step 5 β Connect Realtor.com
This step is done from your Realtor.com account, not from RealSatisfied. Log in to Realtor.com, go to Profile Manager, click Recommendations, scroll to Getting Recommendations, and click Add RealSatisfied. Enter your RealSatisfied Vanity Key, which you can find in the Publishing section of your dashboard. Once connected, approved testimonials sync to your Realtor.com profile automatically.
Step 6 β Connect Your Social Accounts
From the Publishing section of your dashboard, scroll to Social Media Manager. Connect Facebook, Instagram, X, and LinkedIn by clicking the toggle for each and logging in. Once connected, you can publish visual testimonial graphics directly to your social pages each time a new review comes in.
Step 7 β Send Your First Review Request
Click Request Reviews from your dashboard. Select the transaction type, enter your client's name, email address, and property address. Choose which platforms to include in the Encourage Reviews prompt, preview the invitation, and send. RealSatisfied will automatically send a reminder if the client does not respond.
A complete, well-written profile converts more visitors into clients and makes your testimonials more credible. These are the things that matter most.
Professional Headshot Use a close-up, high-resolution photo with a clean background. This is often the first impression a potential client gets. Keep the file under 3MB.
Write a Real Bio Your About section allows up to 1600 characters. Talk about your experience, the markets you serve, what makes you different, and who you love working with. Write it like a person, not a press release.
Add All Your Areas Served List every city, town, and zip code you actively work in. This improves how your profile surfaces in local searches on Realtor.com and within the platform.
List Your Specialties Add specialties like Luxury Properties, First-Time Buyers, Relocation, or New Construction. Be specific, not generic.
Add Your Social Links Link your website, Instagram, Facebook Business Page, and LinkedIn from your profile settings. These appear on your public profile page and give visitors more ways to connect with you.
Send Requests Consistently The agents with the strongest profiles send a request after every single closing without exception. Build it into your post-close routine. Volume and recency both matter.
Approve and Share Every Testimonial When a testimonial comes in, approve it quickly and share it to your connected social accounts. Each one is a marketing asset. Do not let them sit unapproved in your dashboard.
Send a Thank You Gift Card After a client completes their survey, send a Starbucks gift card from the Completed Surveys section. It takes 30 seconds and leaves a lasting impression. One gift card per survey, $5 to $50.
Pro Tip: Add your RealSatisfied profile link to your email signature and share it on social media. The more people who see it, the more referrals it generates through the built-in referral button on your public profile page.
